Recording of staff consultation launch event
More than 300 of you attended the consultation launch event that took place on 1 February to hear from Tracy Hill, Director of Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness, and Sue Hunt, Director of HR and OD, explain what to expect during the consultation process.
A lot of questions were asked and answered and there’s a link to the recording below for those who were unable to join.
The themes covered during the question and answer session are being added to the online FAQs for all staff to refer to.
Online group consultation meetings have been arranged for each borough and corporate service during February. These will be led by your assistant director or head of service, together with a representative from People Services. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
