Our Trust has implemented a new reuse system called Warp It. Warp It makes it very easy for staff to get or give surplus items to other staff.

This is all about saving you time and money and being smarter with our resources. In the current climate we need to think innovatively and do things a bit different. Using Warp It, staff can now procure second hand for free instead of buying new.

We are doing this to:

  • Stop the unnecessary purchase of new equipment/furniture
  • Reduce disposal costs
  • Reduce procurement spend in your department
  • Reduce reliance on storage areas for surplus items
  • Reduce waste

 

If you have an item that is taking up space that you do not need, put it on Warp It. Or if you are looking for an item check Warp It before you buy new!

 

Mostly reusable furniture, fixtures and fittings, office consumables (such as stationery and ink jet cartridges) - but any resource really. As long as it is legal, it can be transferred internally. We already have over 100 items of furniture online waiting to be claimed.
