The Workforce Information team are responsible for maintaining the ESR (Electronic Staff Record) database keeping all employee and ex-employee records up-to-date with personal, employment, pay, and costing details.
The team maintain the information on the structure of the Trust in line with the managerial and finance / cost centre hierarchy.
