Microsoft Teams backgrounds

We’ve created a suite of Trust branded Microsoft Teams backgrounds for staff to download and apply to their backgrounds in virtual meetings. Follow these simple instructions to apply your background image:

1. Click on the background image you want to choose
2. Right click
3. Click save as picture  
4. Save the image locally on your h-drive
5. When you’ve joined a Teams meeting, click the three dots in the top right hand corner
6. Click background effects
7. Click add new
8. Search for your background image file
9. Click preview, then apply - it will look back to front for you, this is correct
