Star of the Month and Star Team of the Month is our monthly staff recognition process and recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions our staff and teams make to the Trust throughout the year.

How do I nominate a colleague or team for an award?
We've made it even easier to nominate a colleague or team for Star of the Month and Star Team of the Month by introducing a simple online nomination form. For futher information regarding paper nominations, please contact Organisational Development on 01925 664 460.
So if you know someone who is a true role model for our Trust values, someone who has truly excelled in their role this month and deserves recognition or a team that has really pulled together to deliver an outstanding service, why not nominate them for Star of the Month or Star Team of the Month?
To help our judging panel choose their winners, you should give as much detail as possible within the 400 word limit about the person or team you are nominating.
Be clear about why you think they should be our Star of the Month or Star Team of the Month. Consider the Trust's values and objectives and how your nominee has contributed towards these.
