What is the Empowering Leaders Programme?
The Empowering Leaders Programme has been specifically designed to support and develop our band 7 Team Leaders and Team Managers to lead their teams brilliantly and create the conditions for them to thrive at work and during change.
The programme is currently running virtually, over 3 months, giving delegates the opportunity to meet, learn and share experiences with their peer group from across the Trust and from different services. Leadership starts with knowing yourself really well, who you are, your Leadership style, your values and why you do what you do in your professional working life.
You will learn the best ways to engage, support and create the right conditions for your teams to thrive and how to approach things when things aren’t going quite to plan too.
Who is the Empowering Leaders Programme for?
The Empowering Leaders Development Programme is specifically designed to help band 7 team leaders and managers, therefore only staff members who fit this criteria and can commit to attending all of the workshop dates (with the same group) are eligible to attend.
