Further to the national agreed amendments to AfC Terms and Conditions of Service, agreed locally with staff side and communicated widely across the Trust on the 23 May, 2013 you will recall that the Trust introduced a requirement for all staff to evidence compliance with Core and Statutory (CAST) requirements in order to receive their incremental pay increase at the specified time. Should an employee not be up to date with their Core and Statutory training then there increment would be stopped until such time as training is up to date.
