Why nominate

  • This is your chance to recognise someone who goes the extra mile; who consistently delivers in their role; who motivates and supports others; whose positive, can-do attitude brings a smile to service users’ or colleagues’ faces; who may not realise how appreciated they are; or who just deserve a thank you
  • Recognition is incredibly valuable to people and helps boost morale, motivation and performance – this can often mean more to people than winning
  • All those who are nominated – not just finalists and winners – receive a certificate of recognition

Things to remember

  • You will not be able to save a partially completed form and return to it – so make sure you have all the information you will need ready, including details about why you are nominating the person/team/project and how they meet the category criteria
  • You can nominate in more than one category but you will need to complete separate forms for each
  • Nominees for Star Team and Star of the Month are eligible to be nominated again for Our Stars
