This award celebrates individuals, teams and services which have supported the delivery of excellent patient care from behind the scenes during the last 12 months. Sometimes referred to as ‘back office’, these people may not directly interact with patients on a day-to-day basis, but are essential to our Trust performing to its full potential.
Eligibility includes:
- Reception, office or admin staff
- Corporate services
- Estates, including porters and catering
