An opportunity has arisen for the secondment of a Senior Clinician to work in partnership with Centre for Perfect Care and NHS England and Improvement. To deliver a national programme utilising the HOPE(S) Clinical Model of Care to reduce long-term segregation and other highly restrictive practices across service providers in England using a practice leadership model.

The post holder will lead and train a team of senior multi-disciplinary practitioners to increase systemic leadership through the NHS led provider collaboratives for adults with autism and children and young people to reduce long-term segregation.

Applications are invited from Clinicians with extensive experience of leading teams to reduce long-term segregation across a range of providers, development and delivery of training for professionals in the HOPE(S) Clinical Model of Care and experience of reducing restrictive practice with people with autism.
