Send someone a recognition card!
As part of the staff recognition scheme, we've introduced our 'You're a star' recognition cards.
The idea for the cards originated with staff who wanted to do something more than simply send an email to a colleague for a job well done but wanted them to have something they would keep (and even use in their portfolio of achievements or for revalidation).
The cards are really simple to use. You can send it as an e-card or print it off and make your card.
All you have to do is download the card using the link below, save the file to your computer, open it and write your message, then send it to the person you want to give it to - this could be someone you manage, someone who manages you or a colleague from the same or different team.
