A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an initial three month secondment as a Service Manager working within the Secure & Specialist Learning Disability Division of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post of will be to support the transition period of two merging organisations.
Applicants will be required to have extensive post qualification and senior managerial experience within the respective mental health or learning disability fields, This is a key managerial role within the Division, and as such applicants will take a lead in the delivery of services and operational management issues for their respective areas. Applicants will possess strong leadership skills with an ability to engage, motivate, and influence. They will be required to have good inter-personal skills, be a creative thinker, lead by example and have the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and commissioners.
