What is Oracle Learning Management (OLM)?
Definitions to help your understanding:
- OLM is the learning database within ESR (Electronic Staff Record), which holds all of your personal information.
- OLM contains all training information including your personal ‘learning history’.
- OLM is the official training database for the Trust and should remove the need for local databases to be held.
- NLMS (National Learning Management System) is the e-learning system within OLM.
- By completing e-learning via NLMS, your training records are automatically updated in OLM in real time. This minimises the need for manual input by administrators.
- Your OLM learning history follows you when you move from one department/Trust to another
- All course bookings and e-learning is now done via OLM.
