An opportunity has arisen within the Governance and Quality Team for an enthusiastic and highly organised professional with a strong background in risk and incident management and considerable experience of governance. We are looking for a dynamic individual with comprehensive knowledge and experience of risk management and a track record of delivery who will embody our Trust values.Working in a busy environment, the risk and governance manager will be responsible for providing professional leadership and direction for risk management across the Community Services Division.
This role will require a flexible and pragmatic approach, combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and with senior managers. This role will report directly to the Head of Clinical Governance Community Services DivisionThe successful candidate will assist the Head of Clinical Governance to address the Patient safety and Risk Management aspects of the clinical governance agenda for the community services division and wider Mersey care Trust.
