Please ensure that all personal details are up to date within ESR including your home address and your equality data.

We will use the address within ESR home address, to send letters to you regarding the consultation and to share Payroll information - P11D’s and P60’s after the transfers have taken place.

Equality data held within ESR is important if you identify with a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 which includes age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marital status, religion/belief, or disability (long term health conditions and neurodiversity is included under disability).  The reason it is important we have the correct equality data recorded for you is so we can ensure any adjustments or flexible working you currently have in place due to your protected characteristic can be considered by GMMH or Mersey Care.  For example if you have a long term health condition and work specific hours or a specific work pattern, please disclose this as a disability on ESR.
