The Trust regards its employees as its most valuable asset and is committed to providing stable, secure and rewarding employment with due regard to the need to maintain and improve efficiency and levels of care for patients and service users.
The ability of services and staff to respond to changing demands, sometimes with pace, creates an environment where organisational change is an essential feature of modern day working life. The Trust recognises that members of staff who are affected by change may find their personal situation unsettling. For this reason the Trust will make every effort to ensure that processes for managing change are transparent and are concluded as quickly as possible.
The overarching principles the Trust will observe in managing change are set out in the Trust’s Change Management Policy
