Smoking Cessation - E-Learning
Level 1 e-learning is mandatory for all clinical staff – see table below for which training applies to you. This is completed only once.
Level 2 training is mandatory for in-patient clinical staff. Selected community mental health staff also complete this training. Other physical health community staff may receive this training on arrangement if appropriate to their role. This training is required annually.

*Clinical staff = Qualified, Unqualified, and medical staff
To access the Smokefree training on Clinical Skills.net you need to have an account, (if you don't have an account or are not sure of your login details please emal clinicalskills.net@nwbh.nhs.uk). Once logged in please click on the "Take a test" button on the dashboard, then the "Local Tests" button. Type smokefree into the search box and then sellect the button and then "start your test". When you have completed the course please email the certificate to education.centre@nwbh.nhs.uk as this is the evidence that you have completed the course. They will award you the competency and update your compliance matrix.
