Working experiences over the last few months will have been different for different people across all parts of our Trust. This is your opportunity to tell us about yours.

We have demonstrated during the last few months that it is entirely possible to carry out much of our business while working in very different ways. Therefore, we don't expect everything to return to the way it was before the pandemic.

We are committed to harnessing the positive aspects of this experience and adapting our approach to make more flexible and agile working the norm in the longer term.

As part of this, we are asking for your feedback – anonymously. We want to understand what the last few months have been like for you; how you have found working from home or in different ways; the impact on your wellbeing; what has helped; and what support you need.

Your feedback will help us identify what is working well so we can do more of it, and where there are gaps we need to address.

Please take 10 minutes to complete this simple survey to share your experiences.

All responses are anonymous so please be as honest as possible to help us learn and make improvements.

Please focus on the period between 1 March and 31 July 2020 when answering the questions.

A printable version is available for managers to download for staff who do not have regular access to a computer. These should be posted to: Communications Team, Hollins Park House, Hollins Lane, Winwick, Warrington, WA2 8WA

The deadline for responses is Friday 11 September.
