Summary Care Record (SCR)

Aims of the course:

For delegates to develop the knowledge and skills to enable them to use SCR (Summary Care Record) to find a patient's NHS number

Objectives:

Delegates will be able to:

• Log in to the system
• Perform a search for a patient using NHS number
• Perform a basic search to locate a patient's NHS number
• Perform advanced searches
• Use the postcode look-up function
