Virtual briefing sessions are available for all colleagues to attend. The briefing will provide both the reviewer and the reviewee with helpful guidance in order to get the most out of the PDR conversations, and now also the wellbeing conversation.

2021 updates…

PDR Documentation

An interim version of the PDR documentation has been developed for 2021. The documentation has been minimally changed to reflect that from the 1 June 2021 we will be part of Mersey Care, and so reflects this within the paperwork, in particular, the introduction of Mersey Care’s strategic objectives. The behaviours remain unchanged at this stage as the PDR encourages you to reflect on the previous 12 months, and therefore, the NWBH values and behaviours remain relevant for this purpose.

Wellbeing Conversations

This last year has been like no other, and we have an even greater appreciation of the importance of looking after our people. Whilst we know that many of our managers will be having regular conversations with team members about their personal health and wellbeing, a new annual wellbeing conversation will also launch at the same time as the PDR.

Managers are asked to also undertake a wellbeing conversation with each member of staff they line manage during the same period of 1 June-30 September. This can be done at the same time as the PDR or at a different time.
