Knowsley walk-in centres will extend operational hours from 3 May 2021

As we attempt to return to normality and lockdown rules are relaxed, all Knowsley walk-in centres will extend their operational hours.

However, in order to comply with Government advice around social distancing, the telephone triage and appointment system will remain and we will not return to a walk-in service.

The new operational hours for all three walk-in centres will be Monday to Saturday 8am to 8:30pm. On Sundays and Bank Holidays it will be 10am to 8:30pm.

In order to maintain safety, services can only be accessed via the appointment system which patients must call before visiting one of our walk-in centres.

Patients will be triaged over the phone by an experienced clinician, who will ask questions about their health and allocate an appointment if necessary.

If patients have any Covid-19 symptoms, they will be advised to self-isolate and contact NHS 111.
